Short description: The purpose of the course is to acknowledge the basic elements of the quality management system, ISO/TS 16949:2002 requirements and how to make an internal audit. The practical part will refer to: presenting standard ISO/TS 16949:2002 requirements, understanding the role and the activities an auditor should have, how to prepare the audit, how to make the report, what are the specific documents, study cases.

Economic mission at the Milano International Exhibition for the Packaging and Processing Industry.
Short description: The exhibition is structured in 11 "thematic routes". IPACK-IMA, with more than 1.600 exhibitors, represents the entire production cycle, from processing to packing, from packaging to material handling and warehousing products.
