Course The presentation of the environment management system requirements according to ISO 14001:2004.
Object of the course: Training the organizations for transposing the ISO 14001:2004 requirements in practice. It provides basic knowledge, instruments, procedures of building and implementing the environment management system.

Open Forum for Innovation and Technological Transfer,5th edition
The CCIR organizes in partnership with the Ministry of Education and Research, IPA SA and IBD-GTZ Program of Labour Force Economic Promotion the 5th edition of the Open Forum for Innovation and Technological Transfer, an event which has become traditional within the R&D Romania. The Forum is the greatest event devoted to the technological transfer and innovation and the most important communication platform, experience results exchange for all performers involved in this domain: central/local authorities, universities, research institutes, innovative SMEs.
The two days of the works (14 and 15 March 2006) will benefit from a wide participation represented by Romanian and foreign outstanding experts, representatives of the academic and research environment, innovative SMEs (300 participants).

Object of the course: To explain the basic requirements for the bidder and the candidate to public acquisitions of contracting authorities in Romania, the principles of public acquisitions, current legislation of public acquisitions, modalities of drawing up the documentation of participation.

“BLACK SEA ENERGY CONFERENCE”
On April 3-5, 2006, will take place in Bucharest the “Black Sea Energy Conference”, under the auspices of the Romanian Chairmanship-in-Office of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation.
The main objective of the Conference is to assess the current status of energy industry in the Black Sea region and to draw up a set of recommendations for the development of cooperation in this field.
The Conference will provide a framework for identifying legislative barriers and ways of harmonizing the legislation with relevant regulations of the European Union, including the establishment of working committees/groups for the purpose of this harmonization and monitoring the progress achieved.
It will also offer the opportunity for expressing the interest of participating countries to promote bilateral and multilateral investment projects, sharing best practices and identifying topics of interest for the future specialized seminars/meetings.
Within the Conference a number of workshops dedicated to energy regulatory systems, transmission and affordability issues will be organized and funded by USAID Romania Mission.
Targeted participants in the Conference will be a number of invited governmental bodies, representatives from regulatory agencies, key energy companies from each country (energy transmission operators, market operators, energy traders, utility monopolies), energy equipment suppliers, groups of energy consumers, donors, investors, professional associations and media.
