Object of the course: To explain the basic requirements for the bidder and the candidate to public acquisitions of contracting authorities in Romania, the principles of public acquisitions, current legislation of public acquisitions, modalities of drawing up the documentation of participation.
Lecturer: Pavel MARCULET, AMCOR consultant, member of the managing body of the Association of Specialists for Public Acquisition in Romania.Target group: employees of the trading companies that provide products, services and works to the contracting authorities.
